Every Part of our Day is a Learning Moment
Our method is based in repetition; therefore, it is important that every child follows all the routines. Our goal is to make sure they learn and strengthen the Spanish language while learning the basic skills that will get them ready for School
Circle Time
we start our day with circle time where we review the calendar, letters, numbers, colors, shapes through fun songs and interactive games.
Arts and Crafts
Each day every child has an opportunity to express through art. We do a variety of activities to help them develop their creativity, fine and gross motor skills as well as the ability to do sensory activities
Intelectual Time
We have worksheets ready for them everyday where they will work individually based on their age and skills. Including tracing, coloring, patterns, etc
Outside time
We plan outdoor games and activities that will help mainly their gross motor skills as well as painting, drawing and many others for their fine motor skills as well. They also have their free play outside where they choose their own activity.
Meal Times
We believe that good eating habits help with the development of the brain. We encourage all children to eat their foods and try new ones.
Birthday Parties
We celebrate each and every child on their birthday and we like to make them feel really special. We start from preparing and baking their cake with friends, playing special games and singing happy birthday with all their friends
Holidays/ Special Celebrations
We love holidays! And we take advantage of them to learn more and stay in spirit! We have our class parties on holidays such as Valentines Day, St Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas and new years
Cooking Projects
Cooking its a great way of motivating children to use their 5 senses while learning new skills and vocabulary. We plan a cooking project during diferent times of the year to make learning fun!
Special Visitors
We have our very special visitor who comes after Our Christmas show to take pictures, and keep their believes up.
Halloween Parade
We hold a small parade every year where the teachers work with the children to create their class costumes. We follow this event with a fun Trunk-or-Treating event!
Christmas Show
Every Year we celebrate Christmas by creating a performance where the children dance on stage for their parents. This is a must see event. Lots of fun and joy!
Graduation
At the end of the year, we prepare a graduation ceremony for those children leaving our program to go to Kindergarten. Children look forward to this event very excited.
